Lovely old hotel in a secure area, near restaurants and a concert hall. Really comfortable building, brand-new and huge rooms. Comfortable bed and very nice modern facilities. Easy check-in and good service. Plus, public parking nearby. The location near a church and an art gallery was perfect and convenient. It also was near a garden and a river...

Check-in took over 30 minutes, with a confusing process that involved multiple trips to the lobby. The room cleanliness left much to be desired, with unkempt bathroom floors and a disappointing lack of attention to detail. Breakfast on Sunday featured reheated items, diminishing the experience compared to Saturday.

I had a lovely large room with a kettle, coffee machine, and fridge. The air conditioning was effective, great during my hot stay. The location is super handy, right next to a metro station and close to the river and attractions. It was a very comfortable experience 😊

fantastic location

great location but missing a kettle

The hotel upgraded us upon arrival, a nice surprise. Our room was spacious and featured a kitchenette that added convenience to our stay. The location is fantastic, with numerous great eateries and tourist spots within walking distance. From our room, we enjoyed a lovely city view that enhanced our experience.

The Classic Double Room was pretty comfortable, especially with the air conditioning keeping it cool. I loved the comfy bed and the spacious feel. Plus, the new TV with Netflix was a nice touch for downtime. Only downside was the bathroom could've used a bit more attention for cleanliness. A solid choice!

The room was spacious with thoughtful lighting options and plenty of storage space. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere and appreciated the air conditioning on a warm day. The location was unbeatable, with fine views of the nearby city from our window.
